Advaita approached KATZ designers to create a new vision for acupuncture product. Pranamat shouldbe a wonderful tool for self-healing, relaxation, and revitalizing that restores the energy flow of your body by combining ancient wisdom with modern technology.

The design of Pranamat is based on forms met in Nature. Beauty is around us and we have the power to add beauty to everything we touch. Beauty itself is a powerful tool for heightening the energy level. Also, the colours and design forms of Pranamat carry deep symbolical meaning. Thorns are made in a form of a lotus flower. It took nearly a year and lots of cooperation and consultations with doctors (acupressurists, massagists, manual therapists) and yoga teachers to create this inspired by nature and touching design. Human anatomy and physiology was very much considered in the process of development. 

We decided to use only eco friendly materials for the PRANAMAT. Pranamat cover is stitched of pure linen and painted with eco-friendly non-allergic paint. It is so pleasant-to-the-touch that it brings you the sense of freshness! Matress cover is made of pure undyed, non-smelling cotton. In perfect unison with the mattress it helps the air to access your body. Mattress is made of a coconut fibres. It is the most natural and healthy component one can ever use inside a mat! It will make you feel good and shall provide an easy air circulation between Pranamat and your skin.
